Our services as construction manager consist of a pre-construction and construction phase. During the pre-construction phase, we will work closely with owner's architect/engineer by assisting in editing the preliminary design through advise on site use and improvements, material selection, building systems, equipment selection and construction methods.
We will help develop an acceptable project budget, maintain budget parameters and develop a realistic construction schedule. During the construction phase, in cooperation with the architect/engineer, we will handle construction administration consisting of: bidding procedures, awarding subcontracts, material and equipment purchasing, project documentation, planning and scheduling, coordination and supervision, payment administration and all project closeout functions.
